About the JCMD
Mission
To achieve equal accessibility and mobility for disabled people throughout the built and natural environment and transport systems and facilities within the United Kingdom.
Key Objectives
To promote the equal access and mobility of disabled people.
To be a forum for ideas, information, discussion and action.
To bring together; in a representative body, disability and other organisations and individuals concerned with the access and mobility of disabled people.
To liaise with international, national and local government departments and agencies, and statutory and voluntary organisations, to promote the access and mobility of disabled people.
